Federico G. Anguiano is a wisdom teacher in the traditions of Georges Gurdjieff, Ming Pang, and Francis Lucille. He is a researcher, writer, and educator, and serves others as a practitioner of Somatic Science®, an approach to self-regulation, essential development and self-realization he has developed over the past twenty years.

Federico has been drawn to the mysteries of perception since early childhood.

After establishing a successful urban planning practice in California in the mid-1990s, Federico entered a profoundly transformative phase of life, marked by the breakdown of his health, relationships, and career.

Already a longtime student of the Work of Georges Gurdjieff, in 2006 he encountered the nondual teaching of Dr. Ming Pang—Zhineng Qigong— as introduced by his most dedicated students. At that same time, he was diagnosed with a terminal illness.

Shortly afterward, he was given the opportunity to study Somatic Experiencing with Dr. Peter Levine and his first students.

Confronted with the daunting challenge of illness and trauma, Federico saw it as an accelerated path of study and transformation. As health slowly returned, he came to embody and weave together the strands of awareness from the progressive and the direct ways of self-realization.

This intense period of challenge and transformation matured into a period of openness and clarity in 2017 when meeting Francis Lucille. This initiated a new and much deeper transformation that transitioned into the culminating grace of an open heart and intellect, resulting in the complete release from illness and dis-ease, and the understanding that realization is what we live at every moment.
